Refund & Cancellation

All our products on the website are handmade and there can be little to no irregularities in the design and color which is the case with all things handmade!
If you are displeased with the products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. The policies for returns, refunds and cancellation is as follows:

Returns:

We have a 7day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns in case a wrong product has been delivered to you by our team. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@theindianrose.studio. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Y-211, Agrasen Awas, 66 IP extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110092
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If the product gets damaged by any chance during transit, we send a new one at no extra cost if in stock, otherwise we refund the money. You just need to make a video while opening the package for proof. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@theindianrose.studio.

Cancellations:

Orders once placed can’t be canceled. However, you can always contact us at contact@theindianrose.studio for any queries.
